Today during communication skills, we learned about how to be an assertive person by using "I" message which includes the following:
feelings + behaviour + effects + acceptable alternative behaviour
We were then made to make a sentence which follow the above guide. Unfortunately, my teacher picked me to share my sentence with the class and i panic cause it was this:
"I was annoyed that when you have dug your nose, you did not wash your hands. Next time, please wash your hands for hygiene purposes."
My teacher added the effects which was " i got an allergy reaction after i shake your hands". lol.
It was directed to someone cause i saw the person dug his nose during prac yesterday. Whole class laughed and my teacher said "Hopefully the class can come up with normal examples next time" cause the other examples were bad too.
It wasnt a boring 2hrs after all.
